The new kindergarten is situated among family houses as a light and respectful pavilion that blends naturally into the neighborhood. It responds sensitively to its surroundings and becomes part of the environment where the next generation will grow up. This is not a dominant building. On the contrary, it opens itself to children, to the garden, to light, and to color. The architecture provides a gentle framework for everyday discovery and play.

The design is based on a sequence of simple, regular blocks that are slightly offset from each other. This subtle shift creates a significant spatial effect. Between the blocks, intimate atriums emerge, offering semi-enclosed outdoor areas for each classroom. Every class has its own dedicated space that is safe, legible, and nurturing. These micro-environments support play, learning, and community building among children and teachers. Each atrium also serves as a transition to a larger shared space - the garden on the southern side. This garden becomes the heart of daily life, a space for movement, interaction, and connection with nature.

Color is used not just decoratively but as an important tool for orientation and emotional experience. The façades are clad in vertical slats in carefully chosen tones that extend into the interior. Shades of yellow, green, and orange bring warmth and energy while remaining soft and inviting. Each classroom has its own visual character that helps children identify with their space and navigate their environment intuitively.

The building is single-story and fully barrier-free. Movement is easy and natural for both children and adults. Large windows and skylights provide ample daylight and ensure a strong visual connection with the outdoors. All elements are scaled to children's needs, from bathrooms and cloakrooms to play and learning areas. The entire space is bright, open, and safe.

This kindergarten is not only a functional building. It is a living environment designed to support natural growth, joyful learning, and a sense of belonging. Its calm and welcoming architecture offers enough structure and inspiration to spark imagination and curiosity. It is a place where children can feel at home and where every day begins a new story.

The building includes four classrooms for approximately one hundred children, along with complete service areas and a kitchen.
